Opening times
Campsite: 01.03. to 10.11. and 01.12. to 06.01.
Reception: from 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Barrier: closed from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. After 10.00 p.m. cars must be left at the entrance of the campsite at the parking spaces provided for this purpose.
Kiosk: from 7.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Thursday: from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Restaurant: from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. (warm meals served from 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.). Day off: Thursday.
Swimming pool: from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (summer 08 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
Payment
We accept all major means of electronic payment. Please settle your account at the reception desk between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. or between 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
Wi-Fi
Our camping guests have one free Internet access per pitch. The access will be activated after the check-in at the reception.
Mother child room
In the sanitary area there is a mother child room with bath tub and baby changing table. Please ask for the key at the reception desk.
Wheelchair accessible individual washing cabin
One of the individual washing cabins with shower and WC is wheelchair accessible. Please ask for the key at the reception desk. You may keep it without any charge during your whole stay.
Swimming pool
Please observe the bathing rules when using the swimming pool. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents. Because of the shallow water depth, it is forbidden to jump into the water. It is also forbidden to take any objects (inflatable mattresses, big beach balls etc.) into the swimming pool. Animals are also not allowed inside the swimming pool area.
Children’s playground
The use of the children’s playground is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed at our campsite, but must be kept on a leash. Dog owners are responsible for the removal of their dog’s excrement. The campsite provides the appropriate bags for disposing of excrement. As a matter of principle, dogs have to be taken for a walk outside the campsite.
Day of departure
On the day of your departure, please leave your pitch by 11.00 p.m.
