Excursion to the "Knottenkino" in Vöran

At the Knottnkino you can experience a different "film" at any time of day, which you can enjoy in the open-air cinema seats. You can see a magnificent panoramic view of the Adige Valley and the alpine mountains, from the Dolomites to the Ötztal Alps, from the Texel Group to the Brenta Group in the south.


Take the cable car from Burgstall to Vöran. From there, cross the village to the car park of the restaurant Grüner Baum. Follow trail marker 14 on a slightly ascending path to the foot of the Rotsteinkegel. The last part of the hike is short but steep. Enjoy the most splendid cinema in South Tyrol with a fantastic view of the entire Etschtal valley, the Ultner mountains and the Ortler massif.
